Chris Caisse-Co-Director 

Kristen and Chris Caisse are the co-directors of the Mrs. New Hampshire America Pageant System.  Just like at home, they make a great team and are thrilled to be in the family of the esteemed Mrs. America State Directors.

Kristen is no stranger to pageantry, prior to her career in the Health & Fitness industry, Kristen worked as a professional model and was also involved in pageantry, her accomplishments include; Miss New England Model Star 1995-96; Miss New England Royal 1996; Photogenic winner, Miss Congeniality & first runner up in the Miss NH USA pageant 1996; Photogenic winner and finalist in the Miss NH USA pageant 1997; Photogenic second runner up and semi finalist in the Miss MA USA pageant 1997 and she toured as a New England Hawaiian Tropic girl in 1998. She was just winding down with her pageant and modeling career to focus on a career in the Fitness Industry when in 1998 she met her future husband Chris, who was also working in the Fitness Industry.  They have been together ever since, were married in 2004 and welcomed their beautiful daughter Skylar in 2006.

It was shortly after that Kristen decided it was time to compete as a Mrs., a life goal she had and in 2009 she accomplished her goal and won the title of Mrs. New Hampshire America.  Chris was tossed head first into the world of pageantry, one he knew nothing about.  But through Kristen's preperation for Mrs. New Hampshire, Mrs. America and during her reign he quickly became a pageant pro!  When the director’s seat for the Mrs. New Hampshire America Pageant System became available during her reign, Kristen came to Chris with a proposal to take it over before anyone else could.  It was not a hard decision and after applying for and being granted the job from the Mrs. America Directors they took over the pageant as a husband and wife team.  They have now been the NH State Directors since 2009 and love thier jobs and being part of the Mrs. America Family!

In addition to her many years of experience in the modeling & pageant industries, Kristen holds 2 college degrees in Business Management and Exercise Science, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and is a certified Spinning, Kickboxing, Body Pump instructor.  In addition to being the Executive Director of the Mrs. New Hampshire America System she is a full time mother, wife and Health & Fitness Specialist.

Chris has more than 12 years experience in the Fitness Industry as a Director of Sales and Operations and is currently the General Manager of Estabrook Grill as well as a Marketing Consultant with MDP Development.  In addition to his career; being a husband, father and part-time musician, keeps him very busy.  In his role as the Co-Director of the Mrs. New Hampshire America Pageant System he can also now say he has been in the pageant industry for over 3 years.

For Kristen & Chris nothing is more important than the Delegates who compete in the Mrs. New Hampshire America Pageant.  Having been one herself, Kristen knows how exciting, liberating and fulfilling competing in the Mrs. New Hampshire pageant is for all of the Delegates as well as their families.  There is not better venue for New Hampshire's amazing married women to showcase their attributes, accomplishments & dreams. 

What begins each year as a quest for beauty becomes an inspiring discovery of the attributes that make the total women truly beautiful - her sensitivity, boundless spirit, unwavering determination and resourcefulness.  Mrs. New Hampshire America is defined by her strength of character, her pursuit of personal and professional fulfillment and her implicit beauty!  She can be described as an amazing wife or mother but also unique & special in her own way.  These qualities comprise the essence of Mrs. New Hampshire America!
